Olfa Circle Rotary Cutter (18mm)

The 18mm blade is reversible, making the cutter a true left or right hand product. The cutter will accept the pinking, wave and standard blades. Button can be used to lock cutter in open or closed position. Comfortable egonomic handle reduces hand and wrist fatigue.
