    Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Busy Needle Quilting gift card. You can choose between a physical card or a digital version.

    Each physical card has space on the back for a handwritten message. If you’d like us to write a message and ship the card to the recipient directly, leave the name, address, and message you would like written in the “Additional Information” section at checkout.

    The value and gift code will be written on the card before shipping or emailing. If you would prefer an amount not listed, please contact Elita (elita at busyneedle.ch).

    All gift cards are shipped via Priority Swiss Mail with a tracking numbers and require a signature upon delivery. If recipient is outside of Switzerland, a virtual gift card is recommended.

    Gift cards have no additional processing fees and expire one year from purchase date.  Cards are valid for use in the Busy Needle Quilting online shop, for services or Patchwork in the Peaks retreats registration. NOTE THAT THE ONLINE SHOP IS CLOSING IN SWITZERLAND ON 28 DECEMBER 2021. Quilting services and Peaks retreats will continue.

    WHAT IF MY GIFT CARD DIDN’T ARRIVE?

    Please let us know immediately, so we can cancel and re-issue the card. We ship all our gift cards with tracking numbers and require a signature upon delivery.

    When ordering a Gift Card, please ensure to enter the recipient’s address correctly.  We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate.

    CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED MORE THAN ONCE?

    Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. Send me an email (elita at busyneedle.ch) to get your balance.

    CAN MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD BE USED TOWARDS A PURCHASE?

    Yes.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RETURN THE ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?

    Where Products purchased online with a Busy Needle Quilting Gift Card are returned, monies owing will be refunded to your Gift Card by Busy Needle Quilting.

    HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?

    Please send me an email at elita at busyneedle.ch and I will respond with your remaining balance.

    CAN GIFT CARDS BE RELOADED?

    No, you can’t reload a gift card.

    CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

    Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

    CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY GIFT CARD PURCHASE?

    No, discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift cards.

    CAN GIFT CARDS BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?

    Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

    CAN I SHIP A PHYSICAL GIFT CARD OUTSIDE OF SWITZERLAND?

    Physical Gift Cards can be sent outside of Switzerland but cannot be tracked beyond Swiss borders. A virtual gift card is recommended.
