Hiya! Welcome to Busy Needle. I’m Elita and I’ll be your tour guide… Oh wait, wrong script. 😀 I’m the cheeky monkey behind the needle, currently dividing my time between Buffalo, New York, and a Swiss postcard called Geneva, Switzerland, where I lived for 27 years. I have been quilting for 20+ years and longarming for more than 10 of those on a APQS Millennium. I host alpine quilt retreats twice a year called Patchwork in the Peaks, in the Spring and the Autumn, keep machines running with maintenance services, and make cool stuff available with my online shop. My dog loves me because I feed her and my young adult children still want my quilts so I’m feeling pretty content.
