This is not goodbye;

it is “see you later”

The time has come for a new adventure. I am moving to the US in the new year. I will continue to host Patchwork in the Peaks, twice annually, as Covid restrictions allow, and my lovely quilting clients in Switzerland can still request longarm services.

You can shop the BNQ website until midnight,
27 December 2021. Get what you need while it’s in stock. I’ll be taking whatever remains to the US. From 1 January 2022, my very talented, good friend Clare, at The Craft House, will be stocking a select number of Aurifil threads & Quilters Dream batting. She also gives amazing classes and has a lovely stock of Liberty fabrics. She will take very good care of you. 🙂

I’ll be back at least twice a year (April and September) to host Patchwork in the Peaks. At that time, I’ll pick up any quilt tops and drop off any quilts that are completed. If you wish to have something quilted, please send me a message with the chat button at the bottom and I’ll give you the mailing address within Switzerland. I have another fantastic friend who will guard them carefully until my return.

This has been my home for nearly 27 years and I’ll be more than a little sad to leave it. I am grateful for the friends I have made, the quilters I have met, and the beautiful craft we all share. My lovely sons will remain here so I have more than one excuse to visit. I refuse to believe it is goodbye. It will simply be
“see you later”.

Big hugs,

Elita
