PhDs, WiPs, UFOs & PIGs

Quilter's Kanban

A Guest Post on Angela Walter’s new website, The Business of Machine Quilting.

What do all of these have in common? No matter what you call them, PhDs (Projects Half Done), WiPs (Works In Progress), UFOs (UnFinished Objects) and PIGs (Projects in a Grocery Sack), we all have them. I don’t know about you but I’m tired of making endless lists of my projects. So I life-hacked a technique that appeals to my creative side, calling it the Quilter’s Kanban.

I’d never heard of PIGs before and am a little sad to report that I have none. I will have to remedy that by sticking a UFO into a grocery bag 😉
